Where exactly is the lodge?+
The lodge is in the Dinokeng Game Reserve, Gauteng — approximately one hour by road from Pretoria and from OR Tambo International Airport.
Is the reserve malaria-free?+
Yes. Dinokeng is a malaria-free reserve, which makes it particularly well suited to families and travellers who prefer to skip anti-malarial treatment.
Which wildlife will we see?+
Dinokeng is a Big 5 reserve — elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard — along with a wide variety of plains game and over 300 recorded bird species.
What ages are welcome?+
All ages are welcome at the lodge.
Are pets allowed?+
Unfortunately, no. As we are located inside Dinokeng Game Reserve, pets are not permitted under the reserve’s regulations. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Is the Dinokeng conservation fee included?+

How do we book?+
Bookings are made directly on our website through the online calendar. You can also find us on Booking.com, Airbnb and LekkeSlaap.
Is there Wi-Fi and phone signal?+
Yes — free Wi-Fi is available to our guests everywhere on the property, and phone signal is reliable across the reserve.
What about dietary requirements?+
Please share dietary preferences at the time of booking — vegetarian, halal, gluten-free and allergies are accommodated with advance notice.
